Your antibody tests (TPOab and TgAb) indicate that you have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, which is an autoimmune thyroid condition that eventually destroys the thyroid.
Your TSH indicates that you may be hyperthyroid at the moment since it's very low.
Could you please provide reference ranges for the T4 and T3, since ranges vary from lab to lab and have to come from your own report for the best comparison? Also could you please tell us if those are Free T4 and Free T3 or if they are Total T4 and Total T3? Tests for Total T4 and T3 aren't the same as tests for Free T4 and T3 and they don't give the same information...
The nodule on your left lobe may need further investigation, at some point. Hypoechoic means the sound waves did not bounce back. Solid nodules, often, need further testing, however current guidelines recommend waiting until the nodule is 2 cm or greater. This is often at the discretion of your doctor. I have a nodule that's 1.1 X 1.0 X 0.8 cm and my pcp refused to refer me for biopsy...
Thyroid nodules are very common with Hashimoto's.
