my skin hurts

hi does any one have this problem i used to have it before being diagnosed and in the last week it has come back there are occasions when i can just put my hand on my leg and it feels tingly and really sensative not painful but tender and also since about the same time i have been getting real bad pain in my hip joints i have never had that before but on a few occasions i havent been able to stand after sitting. also my back has been playing up. this has never happened to me before and i havent done anything different im not concerned about the back but the hip pain is worring as it seems to come and go not a continual ache or anything you would expect.
my last bloods were all fine and i have been on generic dose of levothyroxine for 7 month now so cant understand why so any suggestions welcome thanks
