my ultrasound results pls. read

the thyroid gland is enlarge w/ gland volume og 25 grams.

the right thyroid lobe measures 5.9x 2.0x1.9 cm while the left thyroid lobe measures 5.6 x 2.2x2.0 cm.
the gland shows heterogeneous echopattern
there is hyperechoic nodule in the inferiour pole of the left thyroid lobe meausring .063x.044x.089 cm.
the isthmus is enlarged measuring .084cm in AP diameter.

impression:
enlarged thyroid gland w/ heteregeneous parenchyma consider diffuse thyroid parencymal diseases.
subcentimeter hyperechoic nodule left.
clinical correlation is suggested,

( been diagnosed w/ hyperthydroism) tsh is .05 ulU/ml  ft3 21.24 pmol/l ft4 48.53 pmol/l

can somebody tell me what my ultrasound report said?

The incidence of malignancy is 4% when a solid thyroid nodule is hyperechoic so the chance for nodule to be malignant is LOWER then statistical 10%.
this nodule can be followed up with ultrasound .

as i understand i will not need biopsy for my nodule coz its not yet 1cm over? is that right?

what shld be possible test for my hyperechoic nodule? MRI?

im so scared right now,i don't know what to do if i have cancer.no famlies to take care of me and no money to survive with this diseases.i need prayers.

The heterogeneous echopattern [grainy structure] in most cases can be sign of inflammation process in entire thyroid gland.
The hyperechoic nodule [reflects MORE] can be either HOT nodule, or a sign of cacification.
Possibele next steps:
RAI uptake to differentiate between thyroiditis[low] or Grave's disease [normal or high]
Tersts for TPO,TG and TSI antibodies to rule out autoimmune condition
