need help

I have had hypothroid since I was 26 years old, just last year was told it was hashimoto.  I lost over a 100 pounds 2 years ago but just exercised myself to the point that I know have plantar fasciitis in my foot and have gained almost all of it backbecause I can't walk or do areobics anymore.  They can't operate on it as I had a surgery on the elbow and it didn't take and it's the same type of surgery as for it.  I can not get a doctor to help me control my hunger.  I can eat then it's like I didn't.  I try to fight it and do good for a few days and then bust.  How or what can I do to get the Doctors to help me.  They say exercise I did that to the point it hurt me following what they wanted me to do.Please help me!!
