If I'm reading it right, he has a 2 cm nodule on his right thyroid- Right side of the thyroid as shown in MRI? Sounds like the question is about potential thyroid cancer, even though he has no obvious symptoms.

Thanks, I sort of got the same thing, but didn't want to "assume", in case I was wrong. There is an international thyroid forum, in case he doesn't want to translate to English.
