problem with surg

have grave's and also have eye related problems. I have have surg on both eyes first eye- to lower the lid, the lid was lowered to much and had to have follow up surg to raise the lid a bit, however after surg the lid dropped, after several more attempts to raide the lid.. it still continues to drop. I have had my other eye done now and it turned out great! I need to have the dropped eye still fixed and the dr is unsure how to proceed at this point because the lid keeps dropping. I need it fixed- I look horrid- it effects everything I do because people look at me like i am weird and get questioned all the time. It also affects my vision. I need help or suggestions on the next step
