What? You drank 8 to 10 energy drinks in one day? Did I read that right?

Seriously,  anyone who would drink 8 to ten cans of energy drinks in one day is not thinking very logically. Why would anyone do that? Lucky you didn't have a heart attack.

The original poster was asking about 8 energy drinks in 3 to 4 weeks. That's 2 per week - a big difference in your comparison, really not a comparison at all.

Eight to ten cups or cans of coffee or and soda is even too much in one day and WILL effect overall body health.

yes it does the body cant take it there is lots of research on the net look it up i work in the entertainment industry and in the summer sometimes work 18 hours a day so that well known energy drink used to help me heaps it was always one of the main sponserers of many events concerts festivals etc and it was free for us almost every stage had a cooler full of it some days i would drink about 8 - 10 cans then it all came crashing down i felt ill i went too the doctors and was diagnoised with an under active thyroid and was told to stay clear of these types of drinks and now if i do have one i pay for it over the next few days feeling well and truly crap apparently its down to the cafine in the drink that causes the problem i often wonder if my overdose of energy drinks on a daily basis for nearly two years caused my illness who knows

Nothing that we know to the thyroid. Whats in red bull is a mental stimulant - caffiene, sugar, b vitamins all at once. Can effect heart rate at time of use.
