thyroid dosing input please

Hashimotos hypothyroid on nature throid.  Being on 4 grains gave me heart issues, being on one grain in the morning gave me heart palps and pounding.  I found out I have low iron so am treating that.  What dose of T4 or T3 would you add to someone who has VERY low Freet4 and very low Free T3 with a suppressed TSH.  Main complaints are hair loss, brittle nails rapid weight gain.  Sleeping great but have possible low cortisol during day as exercise intolerance is bad right now (could be from iron though).  I feel like CRAP.

Labs below  dated:  11-12-12 a little background first
Was on 1 1/2 grains of nature throid for two weeks (had to drop down from 4 due to heart palps etc. which I believe to be from low iron, had ekg and echo done and all is well.  Palps stopped when I dropped med to 1/2 grain in morning and 1/2 grain at night +JUST started 25 mcg of T4 in the morning (feel like crap right now and this is a new feeling as of starting T4) which is my current medication dosage.
I DO realize I am HYPO, but I was getting hard heart pounding etc until I lowered dose.  I sleep great with no issues (don't think it's morning or nighttime cortisol, possible mid day issues but no adrenal test yet (had to be off adaptogens for two weeks first) so I think the side effects of the meds were from low iron.  I was on it since August with no real issues but still didn't feel great. My temps are 98.1-98.3 when I wake and mid day temp is 98.5-98.6 even though I am very hypo.  Rangs in paranthesis.

Free T3 (last dose of medication was 24 hours earlier 2.5 (2.0-4.4)
Free t4.80 (.82-1.77)
TIBC: 281 (250-450)
UIBC 216 (150-375)
Iron serum 65 (35-155)
Iron saturation:  23% (15-55%)

Any input is appreciated.  I am pretty skilled in thyroid talk and I do realize meds should be held for over 4 weeks but if I had to feel like this for that long I would go nuts and I am considering cutting out the t4 but have no clue whats next for me.  I am gathering information from everywhere right now to make the best decision based on input...I am not a "med hopper" but when something doesn't feel right I look to other sources to try and find an answer...

We have to know the exact levels of Free T3 and Free T4.  Also be sure to include reference ranges from your report, since ranges vary lab to lab and have to come from your report.

How long have you been on the medication?  What dosage are you on now?
