0.40-4.50 mIU/L H is the reference levels from the lab. A TSH over 4.5 mIU/L H means you are hypothyroid. A reading under 0.40 mIU/L H means your hyperthyroid. Your doctor should start treating you for hypothyroidsim since your 8.27 TSH is higher then 4.50.
Well your TSH is high, which means your thyroid probably need some help, but I don't know what those other numbers are for :P
