tickle

A year 1/2 I got my thyroid out well thats all fine and dandy went through all the usual things. Lately I would say in the past three weeks I have had a tickle in the side of my throat itchy and makes me cough last night I had bits of flem come up with the cough. I did have my doctor look at it and she said my lymph node was in large but we went onto other things and never went back to that. My question is has anyone experienced that and did it go away is it a sort of cold? Anything for me to understand it would help.

I still have my thyroid, but do have sinus issues- I was told it was part of the thyroid package....when I laugh I gag and sometimes have vomited.....even going up steps brings the cough on.....sometimes it is worse then others.....if urs is a cold , then I do not know what mine is,I 've had it for years!

good luck
