tightness in throat

I got my hypothyroid test done as I have too much sensitivity to cold. My test came negative. Now I have started experiencing tightness in my throat and neck. It is there everyday. I feel as if there is a lump in my throat. Can advise me what is this problem related to ? I also feel though my test came negative but, I do have some thyroid problem. I feel like wearing sweater when I visit mall even during summers, I have too much sensitivity to cold.  Please advise. I will be visiting my endocrinologist after 3 weeks from now.
Few months back I visited a Doctor who prescribed me levothyroxin for my hypothyroid( that time my test came positive). For first one and half month I felt so good after taking this medicine but, then I started having pressure in my head, lot of depression, my cycle was irregular and so I stopped that medicine completely. and then I visited endo thinking that she can judge better. My endo got my test done and test came negative. I really don't know what to do ? Please advise me ....should I visit my previous doctor ?

don't panic. to start search on web is a good start, as we all have learned that endo sometimes are not giving us the best solution. try a new doc and before you go, make a list of the questions you want to ask.  i am still on my way to find the best solution, such as what meds, what dose, what other test i should suggest to my doc(yeah, you shall act as your own doc)... i assume you meant anti-body, when you said negative? if so, you definitely need a thyroid hormone. it's just a matter of figuring out which one works for you and at what dose. it will take a while for that to stabilized i believe, and we are on the same journey with you.

Do  you know what your last TSH reading was?  Have they suggested doing an ultraound on you thyroid?  What dosage of thyroid meds were you on?  It would be helpful if you could tell us your results from your last labs.
