.tsh ultrasensitive is 2.36, Ft3 2.17 pg/ml, Ft4 1.41 ng/dl all within range

Iam on 50mcg thyronorm since 4 months. Now my tsh ultrasensitive is 2.36, Ft3 is 2.17 pg/ml, Ft4 is 1.41 ng/dl all within range. Do we have to continue the medicines.

Yes you most likely have to continue meds. In fact depending upon how you feel, with thise numbers I would even think you may want to increase your dosage a bit.

What were your thyroid related test results and reference ranges shown on the lab report before you started on the Thyronorm?  An evaluation for symptoms is even more important than lab test results, so what symptoms did you have before starting on Thyronorm?  What symptoms do you have currently?  

If you stop the med, your levels will return to those prior to starting treatment.
