Concussion

I hit the middle, right side of my forehead at work and ended up with a " goose egg " and small cut where I hit it. I got a headache and then very nauseated about 20 minutes later. The next day at work I was almost finished with my shift and all the sudden I got so dizzy I couldn't walk out of work without holding on to the wall. The third day when I was at home, I woke up, I  still had a headache and was dizzy all day and just felt blah so I went to my dr. that day. He did a neuro exam and during this exam he made me walk across the room. He seen I wasn't walking straight because I was dizzy. he said he was very sure I had a concussion and so he sent me to the ER for a ct scan. After the ct scan, the NP said although It didn't show a concussion I do have one and it showed sinusitis. Ive had sinusitis a few times before and it's never made me nauseated or that dizzy.
It's now been about a month and I'm still getting dizzy but also my vision seem a little blurry at times and I'm feeling a little depressed and also mood swings. Do you think this is from the concussion? And if so, if I got an MRI would it show anything?
Thanks,
Marc

To my knowledge an MRI (I've undergone some of these tests
for other concerns) as it shows an image of the brain itself could
potentially show any direct impacts of any injury. A Pet scan is another test
that can show if there is a change in the activity of the neurotransmitters.
Only a doctor would understand the clinical specifics of this and
what test/tests might be of help.
If you only started to experience the side effects of dizziness, blurred
vision, depression and other mood swings after the accident
this can be cause for concern. Regardless they should be doing
regular follow up work on this until they can determine the cause
and potential treatment and follow up.
