Crazy narcoleptic post TBI

I suffered an occipital lobe TBI during an assault in 2011 (luckily, I haven't even the most remote memory of the event) and have subsequently been in bed ever since. By this, I mean, I sleep CONSTANTLY. I've actually slept 22 hours straight, but the usual is a total of 20 hours a day. Even if I get up and shower and get myself ready for the most exciting event on the planet, rest assured, and pun intended, I will be sleeping within 3 hours of waking.
I tried Nuvigil and unfortunately, I became extremely ill, suffering extreme dizziness, NV, D and a severe case of urticaria. Even now, 2 years later, the mere thought of trying it a 3rd time makes me queasy. After that major fail, I tried Adderall. As of now, I am taking 30mg p.o. BID, and that works GREAT! Well, sort of, after 2-3 hours I am fast asleep, once again. My doctor told me an increase is borderline illegal. Is this actually true? If so, what else IS there? I tried the 'legal Rohypnol' syrup @HS for 42 days, which did absolutely NOTHING except make me want to drink a gallon of water when I got up each day.

I just cannot understand WHY there isn't something else available which might help me. I really want my life back and feel as though I would be able to do exactly that.........if only I could get a medication to do what Adderall does for those 4 hours each day.
I used to be someone, with a career, a life......now, I have none of it. In fact, I have nothing. I wish it were depression, but I am too damn tired to be depressed. Even this post took me 3 days to compose.

AAGGGGGHHHHH

Can anyone recommend anything?
