Head injury + yellow liquid from nose

I fainted and hit my head on the floor last night, i wake up this morning and my nose leaks a bright/clear yellow water like liquid. im a little tired but that may have been because i didn't have a very good nights sleep, i have a minor throbbing headache near the back right of my head. no more liquid since, i read somewhere CSF dries like water as snot dries shiney, this liquid has dried like water and is not shiney. IF this isnt CSF what is it???????

Fainting can caused from many different things.  It can be caused from anything from too hot, hormones, stress etc... but it can also be caused from more serious issues.  May want to run this by your dr. or for sure if this happens again.  I am sorry this happened.  Can be so scary.  Take care of yourself.

I asked the people who were there when i fainted and they said they caught me the first time, but then i sat up and fell from a sitting position and that's when i hit my head. There was only a few drops of the liquid and there has been none since. I have felt completely fine after the headache went away and still do, if that means anything?

GO TO A DOCTOR NOW!!!! this is why whenever people have a fall and hit their head its very important to get seen by a doctor.  It sounds like you could possible be leaking Cranial fluids through your nose.  its especially not good that you were unconscious for this head banging. DOCTORS NOW!
