I am suffering noise in my head

About a week ago I started with head noise, it sounds like an Air line noise across the centre of my head ,
And to the left side near the top of my ear, I have had a few slight headaches with it , but mainly the noise.
It was so severe I went to my medical practice and sat there for over an hour to see a doctor.unable to see my own GP I saw another Doctor who checked my blood pressure and looked in my ears. She couldn't find anything and referred me for an MRI ,if it got worse I was told to go to A&E , two days later I went to the Hospital A&E saw another Doctor who thought it was due to me being on Oxygen 24/7 and a Ventorlator during the night, he referred me to Hear Nose & Throat they checked my nose and suggested it may be the air from the Ventorlator pushing air round my airways.i went to see the specialist nurses regarding my Ventorlator and Oxygen and if this could be the cause, they were adamant it wasn't , none of there many patients ever had this problem. The scans have proved nothing , I have been advised to go back to my GP but can't see her until after next week. The noise is as bad as ever and is depressing me. Please help
