What might cause loss of taste, changes in hearing range and volume and lack of appetitte?

I have recently been very aware of significant changes in my ability to taste food and hearing changes. I seem to have little apetitite, but even when I eat nothing tastes like it should. I only detect the texture and if the food/item is sweet or not. Most drinks now taste very bitter that I previously enjoyed. I dont seem to have an apetitte, but of course if I dont eat I feel dizzy later in the day. Finally, my hearing before was near perfect with full audio range sensitivity. Now the overall sound level i can hear is much lower, perhaps a 35% reduction. Further, I no longer hear high and low frequencies properly..music sounds very flat.  I am wondering if this might be the result of of inner ear infection or even some kind of tumor pressing on my brain?
