Unexplain illness

HELP female 34 yrs. Single, NO babies.In AUG 2007 I started havind a BURNING feeling on my RIGHT RIB went to OBGYN she sent me for a CAT scan of the abdomen + MRI of Pelvis found CYST on RIGHT OVARY they monitored it with ultrasound then they found cyst on LEFT.
On December burning feeling was on both ribs and left pelvic bone. My appetite had changed by then an felt nausea while eating. I USED to eat a lot and loved food. Now April 2008 HAVE NO APPETITE just drink 3 ensure per DAY I always had anemia cause severe Menstrual Periods On Dec 7 I went for LAPAROSCOPIC found severe ENDOMETRIOSIS felt good for 2 weeks + symptms came back again On Dec 26, I got a LUPRON SHOT for endometriosis
Test done since Feb 2008:
BLOOD TEST (Gneral Health Panel)
Colonoscopy (Found a polyp and removed it)
Blood Test (Complete CBC, Hemoglobin Auto Diff WBC, Comprehen Metabolic Panel)
Ultrasound Abdomen (Saw Cristals on the GALLBLADDER)
CAT scan of the ABDOMEN
X-RAY of Ribs and Pelvic bones
Upper GI
HIDA SCAN don't know how well Gallbladd is working because Dr. Ordered the wrong TEST ... but in 2005 It was working just 69%
Blood test done to check for ESR, CRP, Lymetiter, ANA c reflex RF, Anti ss-a, anti ss-b, 25 Hydroxy Vit D Level, TSH, Vit B12, H<A B27)
MRI ABDOMEN
WHOLE BODY BONE SCAN.
I have lost 15 pounds I was 120pounds now 105 ... for no reason
No appetite.
Burp even with a drop of water
Stool consistan has changed is not that hard and can see food not digested there. (Looks very grissy)
Tingling on right ares rib
Burning Feeling on ribs
Feel like a balloon is inside me and someone is blowing on it.
Nausea (Never throw up)
Used to feel urge to go but never diarrhea or constipation ... Go everyday pretty much
Insomnia (have to take 2 TYLENOL PM and 1/2 glass of wine to make me sleep) I hate taking medicine and NEVER drunk in my life My next test are: BREATH TEST+ SMALL BOWEL CAPSULE ENDOSCOPY WHAT CAN I DO I think DOCTORS are not taking me SERIOULY ...
