Hi ladies, has anone had a merina removed lately and TTC? How long did it take you? I had mine removed on 4/2, my OPK tested positive on 14/15 Feb. We've been DTD, so I'm very anxious.

Hi, im new to this site, but have also had the mirena removed and am ttc for my 3rd! Had the coil out on the 12th Jan , had period 14th for 6 days . then i  spotted for a further 5/6 days. Af arrived on the 13th Feb (heavy and painful) and now am waiting to see if i get af again or will be lucky enough to get pregnant!!! So want to be!

My Mirena came out 1/5/10. I got pregnant right away and had an early miscarriage at a little over 4 weeks. I don't believe my lining was thick enough for my bean. I bled for 4 days, ovulated 3 days after the bleeding stopped and am now waiting for my BFP.

I had mine take on Dec 16, my periods are regular, and every cycle I feel pregnant until AF comes. With my first 2 I wasn't trying to get pregnant so this whole trying thing is very frustrating to me. This cycle we're trying Deanna's Plan which if you haven't read it I have it copied in my journal. So far all is going well. I talked to my DR about it and he said not to try. To just have a lot of sex. He said that couples who have sex a lot regularly have an increased chance of getting pregnant. I was pretty disappointed with that advice. I felt like that was a no brainer.

I got my iud out a few months ago.  and my periods are very regular, temps go up regularily too. but I still am not having any luck.  we are going to get my bf tested this week. I get tested next week.

Don't rush it too much...people expect for it to happen right away and for the most part- it doesn't. For me I came off the pill September 2008. We did the "pull out method" until about June/July 2009. I got pregnant in October but miscarried at 5 weeks. Then we went into trying a lot harder. Paying attention more to my cycles and when we would DTD. Then I just found out I'm pregnant againa couple weeks ago. I'm 6 weeks today.
It took my body a long time to regulate after birth control. Even still I wasn't completely regular!
