I am adding yoga too to increase blood flow. You can find free videos on youtube.com that have fertility yoga.  I have an appt with RE dr. on Monday.  Hoping to see some good results.  Good luck to you!

Risa: That is awesome that you are doing acupuncture and having good follicles.

AFM:I had  acupuncture appointment today  and i had  a fabulous time. I feel so relaxed this evening. She also gave me some herbs and a patch "warm" to put 2 days before I O. Never us the patch before she said it will nourish my uterus. i will try to do acupuncture weekly until next month when i do IUI. We will also try this month. I'm hoping for Christmas miracles.

Hi, i am doing weekly acupuncture along with seeing an RE dr.  Just got a BFN, so stopped progesterone and waiting for AF to start.  I will go to RE office on Friday. I am having good follicles since acupuncture, so I am feeling hopeful.
