For sure start taking a prenatal vitamin! It's always good to add that for sure! You could also start taking extra vitamin B as well!
For myself I took and still take a prenatal vitamin, calcium (more for lack of dairy consumption), vitamin B50 complex, omega 369 and evening primrose oil (good for cervical mucous and helping regulate your cycle). I also take vitamin C but usually only when I'm not feeling the greatest!
