Consistent elevated wbc and monocytes over three years sometimes breaking the normal range but always remaining high normal.

I just got a call from a test done this week with my wbc elevated again.

My monocytes always seem to be in the high normal range sometimes peaking into high.

I have been having abdominal soarness in various locations and a few months ago had a ultra sound on my liver kidneys and galbladder and nothing was found.
I just noticed recently my eye s in corners seemed a tiny yellow and it sometimes goes away but comesback.
I had a hep c test done two years ago it was negative and i dont drink much at all may twice a month and only 3 beers.I dont use drugs and i am not sexually active.
I am a 34 year old male 5 foot 8 and weight is about 210.
I have moments of lethargy and about 2 years ago i suffered from frequent night sweats that lasted a few weeks off and on.
I have been tested negative for all std's around that time and i have not been sexually active since due to fears.
My doctor just retests my cbc and when he sees the numbers go down a little he never investigates.I am worried something serious is going on.I have had some lymph node swelling at various times and he keeps just telling me its my body fighting a infection.My problem is even tho these counts are high most of the time i never present fever or any other symptoms.I have a appointment for a colonoscopy and endoscopy as well as a dermatologist to look at some moles am i going in the right direction?
