Help! Does anyone have any idea what this may be?

For the past 5 days I have had constant migraines throughout the day, even when I wake up. My entire body is fatigued and to walk I feel very dizzy and uncoordinated. At times I feel nauseated and have diarrhea. I have a fever and keep sweating but my body feels cold, I have goosebumps and I get shivers. Lost quite a bit of my appetite and therefore have been losing some weight. After a few days in I've also gotten a rash on my chest. Been taking ibuprofen, Tylenol, nothing really works except for sleep and after sleeping for 5 days it is getting hard. Anyone have any idea what I may be having? One more thing to also a few days in I've also seemed to catch a cold too as I'm coughing and sneezing.

that's insane there are no particular signs in you of strong bacterial infection he's given you a antibiotic-nuke with possible side effects. the least it can do is to worsen your diarrhea and wipe out all the good bacteria.

if by medication you mean Ibuprofen and Tylenol (Paracetamol) that's not really a therapy, only a palliative to reduce the symptoms. anti-inflammatory. Paracetamol in particular is used to reduce fever, it's not necessary if the fever isn't sky high but maybe it can help you to sleep.

well if you've been in a crowded place at the Regatta you could have caught a flu there. other sources of infection are from raw food, bugs, cuts etc.

if you keep having diarrhea you should integrate with a lot of water and enough salt. without salt the body can't hold the water. also yogurt with probiotics. and if you're brave enough try the garlic thing for the cough!

I did go to the walk in clinic today and the doctor did say he believes it might be a viral infection and I got a prescription for a pharmacist. So like Gio77 said that explains why medication isn't really working. Uhm the only place I've gone recently in the past month was the day before I began to get sick, I was at a rowing regatta in Toronto all day. No where unusual though.

sounds like you caught an infection, maybe viral. it is disturbing your nervous system too.

check your heart beat rate, your blood pressure, temperature, if values aren't crazy out of range you shouldn't worry.

you could see a Doctor show him that rash and do Complete Blood Count + ESR.

do you remember doing or going anywhere unusual in the past month?

if it was a "flu" you can't do much but wait it out, antibiotics are useless if not counterproductive. try chewing sliced garlic for the cough it can help.
