1 month or fever and fatigue at the same time everyday

I have been experianceing a fever (101.4-102.7) daily in the evening starting around 5pm and lasting until I fall asleep.  I am also extremely fatigued when the fever starts.  I don't feel sick for the most part just tired and feverish.  Doctors have done as many test as they can and my insurance has run out.  What are some of the reasons for this?

Yes, turtles, MONO.  The most common symptoms are fever and fatigue.  I had it myself and it wasn't until my fourth doctor trip and me requesting the test that it was diagnosed.
