18y/o female, headaches, low BP, stomach hurts, dizzy, light headed, eyes hurt if I look up or to the side, starting to have asthma attacks

I am a 18 y/o female.  I have been to doctors a lot lately.  I need an answer!! I am having headaches and migraines every day , I am always tired, starting to have asthma attacks recently (yes I do have asthma and use my inhaler when needed), have low blood pressure,  I am really dizzy and light , my eyes hurt to look up or to the the side  all i can look out of is my direct vision (meaning what you see when you look straight ahead) and my perfial ( I know I spelled that wrong) vision.  I have a under active thyroid and on meds for that and have it under complete control, I am also on singular for allergies and such, and on advair the low dosage for my asthma.

I am just tired of not feeling well anymore I usually have about 1 good day out of the week.  I am NOT pregnant I know that for a fact.  I am on Yaz was just put on it was on different birth control pill before that and was still bleeding every week and a half or so.  These symptoms were occuring before any of the birth control they have been going on for about 8 months now.
Any ideas would be great.  Thank you.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
One possibility is that hypothyroidism is not under control. The asthma medications can also cause similar symptoms. Hence talk to your doctor regarding that. It can also be due to poor sleep patterns, sleep apnea etc and hence sleep studies should be done. Another possibility is benign intracranial hypertension. This happens due to impaired CSF absorption. A generalized throbbing headache worst felt in the morning and last thing at night. This headache is generally relieved on standing (consistent with raised intracranial pressure). It is aggravated by straining, coughing or a change in position. It is accompanied by visual symptoms. You need a prompt evaluation by a neurologist. Hypothyroidism, hypoparathyroidism, adrenal insufficiency are a few things I would recommend you get investigated for. These can precipitate BIH. A spinal tap is a must both to diagnose the condition and to treat it.  It could also be an aura of migraines causing eye symptoms. Diabetes and polycystic ovary are two other conditions that should be looked for. Please discuss these possibilities with your doctor.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
