2 years of fatigue, joint pains, dizzyness

hi

i am in my early 30s, i have been having fatigue, muscle and joint pains and weakness in muscles and almost a constant state of dizzyness light headed feeling as if walking on clouds

i was tested for autoantibodies which have shown negative, thyroid been tested was fine, diabetes is neg, hep b,c, neg, neg for addisons disease, neg for cealiac, ct san of brain was normal,  i get mildly raised amylase in blood test, i havent drank heavily wel i hardly drink and i havent for 3 years and had a test from the stools elastase test for pancreatitis and was fine gastro specialist does not see this a problem, so still not sure, maybe related to gallbladder? or the deudenum ulcers and gastrititis? which was due to h.pylori and has been cured including the deudenum ulcers (used to get black stools which have gone after the h.pylori was eradicated)

i used to get heart palptations (my heart rate went to 40s for months, from the norm 75-80, it is now 75-80s) which i no longer get also once i remember ending up in hospital and they confirmed i had low blood sugar which i was giving buscuits for and sent home.

i have got a glucose machine and test the sugar levels and they are fine, i did try losing weight due to the diagnises of fatty liver i believe this caused vit D defficiency, i have mild case of it and take Vit D. i have also had chronic diarrhea cured by probiotics acidophilus unbelivably lol.

my gallbaldder also works slow low ejection fraction, no stones, ultrasound, shows was fine, pancreas fine, liver mild fatty infiltration, which is fine now too and hopfully will remain ok. eyes are fine now,

could it just be anxiety? depression? as i know i must be suffering from it?

im just weak, my legs and arms are weak and are shaky somtimes, somtimes i even feel the weakness in my tongue and find i have to try extra hard to talk. So its an all over weakness, i still try exercising, running on the running machine ever 1 day. just find that when i do my muscles take longer to  repair sort of thing?

i also have an appointment with my gastro specialist on the 17th jan 2011 could i ask for anything from her?

thank you

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Extreme fatigue could be due to low testosterone, anemia, diabetes, hypothyroidism, or due to kidney or liver problems. Another possibility is sleep disturbances (like sleep apnea, imbalance of rapid eye and non rapid eye movement sleep etc.). You may sleep your customary 7-8 hours and yet feel fatigued. You need sleep studies to rule this out. Other possibilities are chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, low Vit b12, low iron, low calcium, sodium and potassium. Hyperthyroidism too causes increased sweating and tiredness.   Postviral fatigue syndrome is another possibility. Persisting EBV infection or mono can also be the cause. Unexplained aches and pains coming on and off could be due to fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, Crohn’s disease, H pylori infection, anemia, liver disorders, diabetes, hypothyroidism, Vit B12 or Vit D deficiency and due to calcium or magnesium deficiency. It can also be due to sleep related disorders.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral. Hope this helps. Take care!

hi thanks for the reply, ummm, i have had the blood sugar test also for diabetes many a time now and its come perfectly fine, i not sure about allergic, i have posted else where, but i have had a elivation in creatnine kinase of 375 should be between 25-194 so im not sure could be somthing to do with my muscles as this shows some kind of muscle damage, but i do remeber i walked it quite a long walk to the hospital which i heard can caiuse a mild increase so will get this checked.

i so sugar related it still could be? wel i feel awful most of the time, just very weak thats all, i cant get my energy basck how it used to be

Sounds like it could still be sugar related, if they said you had low blood sugar have that done again, Hypoglycemia makes you feel bad , Could you be allergic to anything .?
