Abdominal pain, UTI AND BV.... PID?

I have recently been diagnosed with a UTI and BV, and am taking antibiotics for those. However I am still having pains in my abdomen. They feel like sharp pains, often on the right above my hip, sometimes lower. I recently had a surgical abortion. The doctor assured me it is not an ectopic pregnancy. They also assured me it is not PID, however my symptoms do seem similar to this. The doctor felt my stomach and also doesn't think it is appendicitis. I just don't know why I am still getting these pains, and can they be from a UTI and BV? Also I have oral thrush from the antibiotics and have had it for about 1 week. I am treating with coconut oil, corsodyl mouthwash and also natural yoghurt. However it does not seem to be clearing.. The pain is better but the White/yellow covering has not dissappeared from my tongue!! Please help!!

How does the doctor know it isn't PID? Did they do an ultrasound or any other test to show that it isn't? You may want to get an ultrasound to see if there is anything else going on. Also, Ectopic pregnancy could cause pain. For the oral yeast infection you can get a mouthwash from the doctor for treating yeast. A lot of the yeast is resistant to the antifungals that end in azole (like fluconazole) so if you try that and it doesn't work they can give you amphotericin B mouth wash. I would try the less strong one first before the Amphotericin B but just letting you know.  Yogurt may or may not help. Did the doctor tell you you had oral thrush? It may be bacterial buildup. If you use a tongue scraper such as the back of some toothbrushes have these then it would usually not scrape off easily and it may bleed even with light scraping. If it is a yeast for sure then the mouthwash should help.  Hope these things help.
