Always sick. Strange undiagnosed symptoms

Ok. Since Christmas, I have been back and forth with my doctor. Every week or two I have to make a new appointment. I started breaking out in hives on Christmas. This lasted 3 weeks. My allergy tests are inconclusive. They stopped and stayed away. A week later, I started experiencing. What I thought was a cold. Lots of coughing, heaviness in my chest, shortness of breath, painful coughing. Doctor said it was "probably" a virus and told me to wait it out. After two weeks of this persisting, fever started developing, symptoms were worse, I went back and begged to be checked for pneumonia. That was negative. Was told to wait it out and continue taking my antihistamines. Got referred to an allergist/immunologist. He said I could possibly have an autoimmune disorder and would test me for lupus, thyroid disorders, etc but he needed to further review my complete medical history and come back in two weeks.

A week later, severe tooth pain, fever, chills, nausea. Made an appointment with my dentist. He concluded that I have a dental abscess and need surgery to remove a tooth. He gave me amoxicillin. Took that for 10 days. Pain goes away. Told me the infection needs to be cleared before surgery and to wait on my quote from my insurAnce.

See my allergist again for follow up and he says to only come back if I have hives again and sends me on my way. (Not possible with antihistamines in my system.) he didn't perform a single test or lab he said he would.

Two days after antibiotics are complete, I start feeling severe pain in my left jaw and rear molar.( felt like I got kicked in the face by a horse.) Face started swelling up, lots of nerve pain. Ended up in ER and they concluded it might have been my dental infection. They gave me three nerve blocks and prescribed a stronger dose of augmentin to continue taking. He told me to see my dentist asap.

See dentist the next day. He told me he thought it was just a sinus infection and sent me on my way.

4 days later, I started spitting up blood clots. (No cough.) fluid in my nose and nasal cavity are clear. Blood is coming from my throat/ chest. Some clots have been the size of a silver dollar, others, size of a dime. Bright red. No brown. Chest and throat have a warm/ burning sensation.

Through out, I've experienced exhaustion, painful and stiff joints, loss in appetite. I'm tired of being sick and tired. Doctors aren't really pro active. Any advice?

You need to go see another doctor.  One knows what the heck they are doing.  Spittin  up bright blood could mean there's a hole somewhere along your esophagus, throat, or stomach.

But as far as the severe pain in molar, you can die from that kind of teeth infection.  Teeth infections like that can kill a grown man.  It spreads to your heart and other sinuses and areas around the jaw and face.  causes a bacteria infection in the heart that can be deadly if left untreated.  If you told your dentist all of that and he says it was a sinus infection, then it's time to find a new dentist.

Really need to see someone about the blood.  Drs need to so some tests
