Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If you are both free of STDs, then the irritation you both felt could be due to allergy to maybe your nailpolish or if you used condoms, then maybe to that, especially if there was a change in the brand you use. It could also be a frictional rash due to rough sex. Normally it will go away in a day or two. He can apply cold moist compress and take an OTC antiallergic anti-inflammatory tablet. Hope this helps. If not, he will have to consult a skin specialist. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

most likely it is just a sort of friction rash you can get it from unprotected sex and it is nothing to worry about only the man does get it especially if he has a foreskin. i wouldn't worry about it inless it stays there for like a week or longer should only last a few days. try using a little bit of lubrication cream even if you feel you dont need to this will help prevent it happening again especially if you have a lot of sex. good luck
