BLOOD in SPIT in the morning only

Hello there, I'm 46 years old I experienced this blood in the spit  in the morning in May 2014. It was when I woke up that I needed to clear my throat as when I spit I didn't hack and found the small trace of blood. I don't have  a cough. My symptoms that time were due to GERD associated with nausea, burping 5 times even without eating, dizziness. My doctor gave me Omeprazole for 90 days I asked if I need endoscopy she said no need. then 2x in July I had blood in my spit in the mornings on two separate occasions usually when I wake up. Now after  a month of stress free worry free mind I try not to focus on these matters, and I drank  a 5 ml of aloe vera and honey juice before breakfast. I was completely symptom free, until 2 weeks back I had suffered from nose bleed for the first time, then had watery eyes the kind you experience when you peel an onion it was non stop affecting one eye at that time. Yesterday I woke up feeling that I need to clear my throat, and when I spit blood is there again. I came to conclusion that this blood could be from infected sinus cause I have a habit of clearing my nose , I'm a person you can always see with  a box of tissue as I usually suffer from rhinitis and seasonal allergy which I think I developed recently. Is there a hope and brighter side to all of these?
As I can't get straight answers from my doctor.

If you do not have a hacking cough or chest infection, the bleeding is likely to be from the back of your nose or from infected sinuses in which case you are experiencing post nasal drip.

If you do notice that your mucus is green with the blood, make an appointment to see your doctor as this indicates an infection.

If you are experiencing a lot of nose bleeds, make sure that you do not blow your nose too hard.  If the nose bleeds continue, get your doctor to examine your nose and refer you to an ENT specialist.

For the sinus problem do steam inhalations.  Get a fairly large bowl and pour in a kettleful of boiling water into it (taking care not to get scalded).  Add some Vick, Olbas Oil or menthol drops into the water.  Bend your head over the bowl and cover your head and bowl with a towel.  Breathe in the steam through your nose and out through your mouth.  Do this 4 times a day for a duration of 10 minutes each time.  This will help to decongest any sinus blockage.

If you are not already using antihistamines, these may help with your rhinitis and allergy.
