Balance issues - walking on the right side

Hello
I thank in advance anyone who will read and help me with any advices or thoughts on this.
I woke up this morning and got out of the house with an empty stomach. I din't have breakfast, only a glass of water. It was hot and I usually walk fast compared to an average person and I also don't sweat a lot.
I was walking and everything was normal when I suddenly started to lean and walk toward my right side as if my legs were taking me on the right but not under my control. I made 3 or 4 steps like that and than I stopped because I was afraid I might fall or smth. I stopped near a tree. I don't usually panic and I was pretty calm even after that. The way I was feeling didn't seem like I was going to faint. My vision was also okay and normal. I started walking again after a couple of seconds and I felt I still had that tendency to walk on my right but after some steps it went away and everything was normal again. I think I could feel the area around my right eye feeling a bit funny after that happened but I can't describe exactly how.
Do you think it might be related to my eyes and sight? Or the heat and not eating before going out? My ears are okay and have no symptoms so I would exclude any balance problems coming from them.

Hello~Your blood sugar could have been low at those times, that can cause dizziness and balance issues. I would have a A1C blood test run to see where your numbers are, and, in the meantime, eat even a small bit of food to keep the blood sugar more balanced. It is not always easy in heat, but better to be safe than sorry. Oh, and another thing, make sure you are well hydrated, if possible, take a bottle of water on your walk.
