Blisters in mouth and pulsating vessels inside lips

For two days there is redness in a part of inside of my lips. This gives little  burning sensation on touching and I can feel some vessels pulsating in this area. It's happenedhappened to me before and small yellowness appears which ultimately turns ulcerous. What can I do to stop this from happening? I have also got tiny red blisters on soft palate. Perhaps this is associated with a stomach problem. Soon as I take even a single bite of something which is somewhat oily and spicy (I ate lentil curry today for example)it feels like acid is flushing up and I have to drink a lot of water to relieve this.
