Blockage ????

Hello I could really use some help to find out what's going on.... I have had these episodes is what I call them now. I have connective tissue disease as well as endomitriosis and RSD. It's happened to me about four times now out of nowhere where I start to feel like I have to use the washroom but I can't and then I start to get very sick and start vomiting so bad that it's dry heaves and violent vomiting to the point where I feel like in dying. I also then get cramping in my upper abdomen right above my belly button so bad that it hurts to breath!! I also start to pass out and have to crawl in the cold shower to help me from passing out. These episodes are so bad that each time I had To go to the hospital. The only test I have had is a x ray of abdomen but it came back as normal. I also had a ultrasound done of abdomen and she said that it was full of gas everywhere and was hard to see because of it. I myself feel like it may be a partial obstruction of my bowel. I also read on Internet that if you have that the ultra sound will show lots of gas above the obstruction area on the ultrasound. Could it be endomitriosis causing the blockage if it is one ? I also should tell you that I have had blood in my stool for over a year now. Waiting to see a gastro dr soon. Any ideas what this is ? These episodes come out of nowhere and are so bad that I feel like dying when they come on it is so scary. Please if you have any ideas??

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Yes, it can be endometriosis of gut. Other than this it can be IBS, Crohn's, celiac, H pylori infection etc.
I would strongly recommend you to see a gastroenterologist (a specialist who looks after the diseases of our digestive system). A number of times a gastroenterologist is able to diagnose these conditions by clinical examination and detailed medical history. At other times a few tests are conducted. Blood tests to rule out anemia, stool test to look for white blood cells, sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy etc are used to diagnose ulcerative colitis. Braium meal and follow through, endoscopy etc are done to rule out GERD, Crohn’s disease etc. Irritable bowel syndrome is diagnosed by elimination of other causes. Gluten is a complex protein present in four main grains---wheat, rye, barley and oats. If you have gluten intolerance, then you probably have celiac disease or Non Celiac gluten sensitivity. There are blood tests called celiac test to detect gluten intolerance.
Crohn’s disease is a difficult entity to diagnose. Along with gut symptoms skin disorders and arthritis too are commonly seen with Crohn’s. An upper GI series using barium dye is done to see the condition of small intestines. The degree of involvement of the large and small intestine may vary from person to person.  A biopsy is the most confirmatory. An elevated ESR, low protein, minerals and iron in blood are the other findings in Crohn’s which may or may not be present. A recent advancement in Crohn’s diagnosis is video capsule endoscopy.
Endoscopy will also catch endometriosis if present.
Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral.
Take care!

It could be endomorphism. Blood stool may be the blotches of the intestine's decay. Gastro dr is a good idea. So is the ideal decay of the kidney, intestine, brain flitching, and other symptoms reduction then reduce and remove the source of these poisonous attacks.
