Blood tests

I've posted here before. Here is my previous post.

Ok, heres goes. I'm currently active duty in the Navy. I've been having these problems for about a year now, and doctors can't really diagnose me. Here are my symptoms:
-Burning/Itching/Tingling of the hands and feet, along with swelling
-Burning/Itching of red lesions (not sure if thats what they are or not, but they look like red bumps that are usually not in any particular shape, but are usually about 2-3 inches wide), i get these all over my body.
-Extreme fatigue, it doesn't matter if I get 11,10,9,8 hours of sleep I still feel very tired and weak.

There are quite a few other things that are going on with me, but these symptoms are my main concern.

My doctor ran a whole lot of blood tests on me. The four that I see came back irregular are,

CD56 (NKH-1).......... 5.9 normal results are (7-31)
ABS CD56+............. 81  normal results are (90-600)
FDP .................. Came back High.
D-Dimmer.............. 1.03 normal results are (0.225-0.48)

Anyone know what I can have? My docs seem to be stumpped.

Go Navy! Dad, First Class Engineman E-6 Crow on Tallulah/WWll.
Are you now stateside or ? Exposed to any severe cold temps?
Wasn't too far off! Chilblain's/Raynauds have similarities yet
testing differences. Both effect fingers/nose/toes/skin/earlobe.
Both are an immune disorder reacting like an 'allergy' to cold
temps. Both can have swelling/burning/circulatory problems. (C)
is easy to dx by old world standard. If feet are cold & put in
hot water fast or cold fingers grab a hot-water bottle quick to warm up, a swelling response will occur w/ pain. Tissue gets
localized red spots (not up to 2-3"). Later can turn purple.
Raynaud's Phenomonon reacts to cold temps w/ cold/numb/throbbing
& tingling on mainly hands/feet & is tough to dx. Many w/ Lupus
have Raynauds. Bloodtests w/ clinical symtoms is dx's. Usually
digits go white/blue/red & hurt for quite awhile but varies. It
is an immune disorder MCTD (mixed connective tissue). You sound
like spots are re-appearing hives if they are swelling up (not
flat & red)? They can be a response to stress/meds/humidity/
food/etc. Get/check lab copies & see what else was ordered.
Hopkins is a good place to go! Ck. for tests of:
ANA+Titer/IgE,G,M/Sed/CRP/RA/C3-4 Complement/Extractable Nuclear
Anti-SM+RNP/SSA+B. These are some of the autoimmune tests. Not
precise but a start. The tests you mentioned are not normally
done w/o suspect. Rheum @ Hopkins should be able to go farther.
Fatigue covers many. Have you had any injuries? A slight leak
in a vessel/artery can cause elevated FDP, & Dimer says it's
not coagulating (sealing or clotting closed)& explains fatigue.
This leak can cause an allergy to yourself till clotted. A
different place/time doesn't matter. 2 days before a surgery
that wasn't stressing me, shot me to the ER with lrg-hives on
face to feet. My 'sub'-conscience released stress-hormones that
triggered this. Brain does what it want's. Did they try any
prednisone (steroid) rx? Stay in touch. Curious condition & always like to learn.

Anwsers to your ?'s

-I'm a 21 yo male in the US Navy.
-The doctors originaly diagnosed me with Raynauds Syndrom, now they are thinking it called Chilblains, but their unsure. I'm going to be sent up to Reumotology at John Hopkins on the 10th of Aug.
-Yes, I was had symptoms at the time when they drew blood.
-What ever I have, it is very painful when it acts up. Its not always a constant pain (I dont constanly have these symptoms). It really varies. Sometime I'll have an episode that last an hour, goes away and is back in a couple hours. Somtimes the symptoms will last for 3 or 4 days. I don't really know what could be causing all of this. I don't believe it's an allergy because I don't do the same things every day. This has been going on for about 11 months now. I'm so frustrated.

Please help me.

Guess 1st ? is man or woman? This isn't my area of great
knowledge but I have some guesses. Thes tests on a woman are
done in regards to pregnancy/miscarriage. In men/women, it's
ordered to ck for clotting/vein-artery leak. It's a difficult test to explain in layman terms. You may even be experiencing
a form of hives (urticaria) since CD56 is a antigen type test.
NK=Natural killer cells & matched up w/ ABS to = something.
Same w/ FDP (fibrin degradation product) & D-Dimer which is a
type of fragment from FDP that's ordered sometimes to ck blood
clotting. I'm not a lab tech or Dr. but they must have an idea
as to what they're looking for. My first guess from discription
is large Urticaria that appear from something body is attacking.
These spots will itch bad & many times disappear & move to a
new location. They're pretty easy to dx by look but not the
culprit. It's an internal allergy. Sometime elevated is good.
NK is trying to fight off something. This w/ spots = hives?
Ask a nurse for some info. They usually have more time than the
military docs. These are not normally ordered tests so they are
trying. Was blood draw at time of spots?
