Body gets super itchy when I’m hot.

It started happening about 7 months ago maybe when I would walk home in the sun. my arms and upper body mainly would get itchy out of nowhere. I didn’t think much of it at first because it wasn’t that big of a deal at first and it would go away quick. But then it started happing more often and more severely. It’s like a tingly prickly itch. Now it happens all the time and I’m afraid it might be a more serious problem and it might effect my everyday life. There’s not even anythijg on my skin. No rashes and not even dry skin. Even when I’m just in bed under a blanket I can get crazy itchy or when I open the oven or step outside and it’s just warm. Or out of nowhere when I’m inside with just a small flash of heat my body builds up. There’s nothing on my skin at all and it’s not even dry. Anybody know what might be causing this and how to fix it? This needs to stop. Please help!

Google something called prickly heat.  Started happening to me as I moved to a hot humid climate and got older.  It doesn't last long usually and I don't know why some get it.  If it lasts longer than a few minutes, though, you could have other things going on, such as hormonal problems or whatever and might want to visit a doc.
