Body ungluing itself

Four years ago I had a traumatic experience. My heart started beating at a fast rate. I started drinking Hawthorne tea. I started noticing that my tendons would detach from muscles and muscles from bones. Doctors said it is impossible, maybe just hypermobility , maybe Ehler Danlos syndrome. So, I went to genetic doctor and he said I don't have any of ehler danlos symptoms, so the genetic test isn't even an option. And up to this day, any time I have anxiety my symptoms get worse, tendons detaching. At this point I can dislocate so many joints. My heart is still beating fast, I don't drink Hawthorne anymore, just diazepam occasionally ( beta blockers didn't work at all). The  blood tests for thyroid hormones, and cortisol levels were normal. I feel very tired all the time.

I have issues with my joints (clicking, joints feel unstable), anxiety, heart rhythm problems, fatigue when my magnesium levels are low.
