Brain tumor?

hello I just need some insight.  Ive been having headaches for a while, they really only hurt if I shake my head left to right.  ive also had some sinus isues as well though.  But I also get deja vu and a lot of the time I just feel spacey and out of it, my doctor said I was fine.  but I looked upp symptoms and according to google, all signs point to a brain tumor.  I also remember my father had a brain tumor at my age.  does this sound like a possibility?  if I take excedrine migraine I feel fine for a couple of days, but then its back through the same thing a again.  its been like this for 4 months, im just worried its a brain tumor, I have no visual problems tho other than floaters.  so what im trying to say is, do I have a brian tumor?

A couple more things.

Is your headache in one place?
Do you have blurred or double vision?
Pain above and behind eye
Weakness and numbness
Difficulty speaking

Silverfox is right. Get a MRI. The fact that you take meds to deal with a headache is OK if the headache is not common. If you get a headache most days or every day then you should establish if you are regularly dehydrated; sleep in a stuffy room or are eating foods that do not agree with you.

I had a headache nearly every morning for 6 mths. Had a MRI and they found a tumor!

Get the MRI quickly and if there is no tumor then whatever you have is not that serious. By the way floaters are  and will go away in 4-6 mths. Mine did.

Only a CT scan or MRI will show if you have a brain tumor.  Occasionally it will show up on an X-ray but not very likely.   My father had a malignant brain tumor also.  The doctors removed it and he was fine - but the stitches broke loose and sadly my Dad went into a coma and died. (1987)
You are still young and brain surgery has come a long way.  Please see a specialist and don't let it go too long.   If it is malignant, it will keep growing.  If it isn't, it will stay the same size - but please see a doctor to determine what can be done.

We on here care and would like to hear from you - whatever the outcome.   Please let us know how you fare.
   Wishing you the best outcome.
