Brown spots on buttocks
I am a 47 year old male. About a month ago I noticed my buttocks have several very small brown, freckle like spots on them. They generally don't itch. They are the size of a pin head. Any chance of skin cancer developing on my butt. It rarely has seen the sun in my lifetime. I do have several large sunspots on my face. Or is this something else? I have no idea how long I've had these but it's been over a month since I noticed it.
I just noticed I have similar bumps on the underside of arms between wrists and elbows. They are flesh colored and do not itch?
