Bruising on my mid/lower back

Well for about maybe over a month now my middle of my back feels sore and i go to touch it n it feel bruised... no sign of bruising.. just feels bruised when i push or rub on that area. My bed is kinda old and im waiting to get a new one.. idk if how my bed is if that could be causing the issue.. but i just want to know if i should see a doctor or what

Hello~Sometimes an old mattress can cause this issue as it has lost its' firmness. I would definitely get the new mattress, if you feel better then great, no more worries, however, if it still continues after that, then I certainly would see your doctor.

You might also want to see a chiropractor, they are great for helping back pain, etc.
