Burning sensation in my breast and all around left side of back
I have got very bad pain and burning sensation in my left breast and it goes all around my back it feels like it's under my rib cage as well

Most likely to be "intercostal neuralgia".Sometimes a "post- herpetic neuralgia" can have similar presentation, without a rash(zoster sine herpete) . Do consult your doc.
It might be a pinched nerve in your back. Do see your Dr. He/she will give you an exam and will like run some tests.
