Burning sensations?

Burning sensations,

For over a year now I’ve had burning sensations in my buttocks, and sometimes in the groin area. It comes and goes, and I have physio on my lower back and buttocks with mixed results. Today I’ve had these sensations, they’re really intermittent they’ll come for 10 minutes then go for hours, I was also touching the groin area and at one point I touched it there was a sharp burning pain when brushing the skin.

Over the last year I’ve also get sore armpits, and bleeding gums that started around the time of this last year.

It started after a sexual encounter with a new partner, back in July 2017. However I’ve been tested at the UK GUM clinics and all come back negative so this could of just been a coincidence.

I was wondering if anyone knew what the cause could be? Or how I could go about finding out? My doctor doesn’t seem to know and wasn’t very forthcoming with suggestions as to where to go but to live with it. I’ve not had the issues for 25 years of my life, only the last year.

Hello~You may have fibromyalgia, has your doctor discussed this possibility with you?

Also, possibly seeing a chiropractor might help as you may have some misaligned vertebrae pressing on certain nerves causing the symptoms you are having. He/she will take some x-rays, read them, then discuss the findings with you. After a few treatments, you should start to feel better.
