Hi!,
Thanks for the suggestion. I am obese almost 120kgs.But now i go for a walk of almost 4-5 kms.  I am 20yrs old.  I am feeling better now. Few days ago i got my blood pressure checked it was almost 130/80. I have stopped taking tea, avoided hot things and the chest burn has almost disappeared. Tell me how can i reduce my weight at home. Will running and walking harm my heart.I have checked my heart beats it ranges from 90 when i run or walk and 65-75 when relaxed. The heaviness and burning is not continous. I can walk, run, and work. when last time there was burnning sensation and my left side was heavy i had consulted my family doctor as well as friend. He took it lightly and told that there is nothing to worry and  advised to take a dose of alparazolam, after which i felt better. Now even diclofenac or nimesulide helps me.

Hi
Welcome to the forum!
Any chest heaviness on left side should be followed up with a 12 lead EKG. The symptoms though go more in favor of acidity or heart burn or GERD or gastric reflux or even maybe due to hiatal hernia. Yes, the dietary supplement could either have caused an intolerance to one of its constituents thus precipitating acidity.
Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined.
Hope this helps. Do let me know if there is any thing else and keep me posted. Take care!
