Chest Pain

In the last 4 days I have developed a stabbing pain in my upper right side (chest) and seems to radiate causing pain in my shoulder. It is worse when I breath in deeply, laying down and if I accidentally lay on the right side it seems to be much worse. Can anyone help? Trying to avoid another costly dr visit if possible. I'll have insurance next month... But worried...

Those could be signs of Heart attack or maybe even Angina attacks...
Then again I don't know what your diet is like - and if you suffer from indigestion or reflux etc... If you have had trouble with your heart before, I suggest you try get seen to ASAP.  good luck

Hey there, i'm sorry you are going through this your post caught my attention. I am going through a very similar bout of hardships...I have been getting alot of liver area pain, sore lymph nodes in neck and under arm, nausea, stomach pain, left side pain(the opposite of the liver area), pain in my upper right back, pain in shoulder and arm, my testicles feel a bit sore, my vision is blurry, fatigue ,weakness even at the very moment I am feeling like I will collapse and black out even after getting more then enough sleep.... especially while standing up and walking around. I don't know what is going on I just know it can't be normal or a good sign of good health for a 26 year old to be feeling this way. I have had extensive bloodwork done, a CT scan, the gallbladder, pancreas, liver all look to be fine; hell even extraordinary according to the Doctor's notes. These doctors that review the tests are in the capitol of my state Albuquerque, NM so they probably know what they are doing too. So I am just at a loss of words. I feel so ill and weak. I hope you don't get worse like me and that you are luckier in finding out what is wrong with you. Hang in there and don't surrender to your issues. Keep on pushing. If all else fails and your doc can't find out what is going on I have found it helps to help him help you and check your symptoms out on the net and find the things that seem the closest to what you have then rule them out...but please don't allow yourself to freak out and assume the worst because obviously the worst causes will always show up on Dr. Google as well.

I think it sounds like pleuracy. You usually need antibiotics for this. It is inflammation inbetween the chest wall and ribs. Try a hot pack for temporary relief.
