Chest pain - moderate to severe (18 year old male) Why won't it heal?

Hi, for a while now i've been dealing with moderate to severe chest pain (I am 18 years old and am a male).
I went to the doctor, showed him that my left breast was swollen, under it felt like there was a bone or muscle dislodged and it hurt quite alot.He said it was probably just a muscle pull and would be healed in a couple weeks and gave me tylenol 2's and an xray just to be sure.Xray came up totally clean. Then I had a really bad bout of chest pain about 3 weeks after that and was having a real problem breathing. My heart was racing and my chest was hurting and burning.I went to the hospital asap and they said a bad anxiety attack and heartburn.A couple of weeks after that the pain was still constant and the swelling was getting worse and I wasn't convinced with the little help the Doctors and hospital gave me so I went to another hospital. They didn't even bother looking heart or anything, they did an xray and said it's probably a muscle problem and would take 6-8 weeks to heal. While at work about 10-12 weeks later, my chest pain got bad again, my chest thumped really hard and I felt like I was going to vomit.I immediately went to the family doctor again and they said it was another but different anxiety attack but they sent me for blood tests and a holter monitor (heart) because they were concerned with my high blood pressure (high on 2-3 of these accounts by the way).Tests came back, heart was fine, blood count fine, kidneys fine, thyroid fine, gave me celebrex and tried to send me on my way but I wasn't having that.I wanted to know what was going on, I was tired of this "oh it's probably this so don't worry".Well, I have no concrete proof that's what it is and it really hurts and doesn't seem to be getting anywhere. So he said he would also hook me up with a chiropractor as my constant slouching may have been worsening the problem.Unfortunately at the moment I cannot afford to go, so I just stuck with the Celebrex. That worked for about 2 weeks but now the chest pain is back and more regular than ever branching from my sternum through the right and left sides of my rib cage and in between the shoulder blades on my back. Also the bottom of my rib cage on each side. And I have to say the swelling is worse than it's ever been.No discoloration AT ALL but it's right up there and it still feels like one of my ribs is sticking up.I'm wondering if it's even worth going back to these guys, whether I should wait it out or should I try to get the money together for the chiropractor or is it a waste?Any help would be appreciated beyond belief, thanks so much all.

would also like to add that whenever I take a deep breath or try singing it hurts.Usually I can negate the pain by lying a certain way but that way's always different. It's pretty much stopping me from doing all of the activities I love to do and i'm getting really out of shape just sitting around catering to my chest all day.
