Chest pains::chest on fire inside

I thought I had air in my chest...so of course I tried to burp to get it out. That was a no go. I’ve never had heartburn so everyone says that’s what it is. But:::~~>when I’m laying down it seems not to be that bad but as soon as I get up n move round or bend over omg my chest feels like it’s in fire I can’t tske a deep breath bc my chest get tight n breath is short.

I agree with Sara, please see your doctor as soon as possible if you are not any better to rule out anything serious.

Does it sound bad or could be anything bad? I guess I shld hve said also that I’m taking doxycycline but I haven’t seen anyone or heard anything bout chest pains when taking the meds. I’m curious bc it just came about out of no where. Is it not the typical heartburn
