Coated tongue for 2 years with solid white and red areas

I've had a white coated tongue for over 2 years, coating is mostly central and worse at back.  It's not an overly thick coating. Along with this I have a pea sized solid white area near front of tongue and a 1cm long rectangular solid red area towards back but near side.

Some other symptoms:
- skin feels warm touch especially from noon onwards and usually neck, ears, chest areas.
- minor post nasal drip which comes and goes

Otherwise feel pretty good. Could this be intestinal candasis?

With yeast it would be stark white colored and if you scrape it off with a tongue scraper or toothbrush with the tongue cleaner on the back side it would be red and may bleed. I have a coated tongue for a couple of weeks too but mine is not yeast. Try gargling with salt water several times a day and see if it helps. Also difulcan if you have yeast. I would see a doctor about the white 1 cm thing to make sure it isn't something serious. They can then tell you if you have yeast. It may be an intestinal imbalance and you can try also probiotics.

The symptoms you describe on your tongue sound very much like candidiasis.
Does Diflucan help?
