Cold and pale feet and hands

Such is the complication that i am not even sure i would explain the problem well.
The thing is my feet (mostly) and hands seems cold and pale most of the times. Happens mostly in winters or when i have a bath in summers. Then there are times when i could see blood in there, like they would appear red and much better but not mostly. I eat and drink healthy if not much. 20 years old and my structure is something they describe as mild thinness.

Hello~I would ask your doctor to take blood work to check the function of your thyroid, a low thyroid can definitely cause cold hands and feet and some other symptoms as well.

Well you may just have a lower blood pressure and this can cause the cold hands and feet. You might have poor blood circulation, i suggest seeing your doctor.
