Concussion?

About 3 days ago The trunk of an acquaintances car slammed down on my head and gashed it pretty good. I know I needed stitches but I didnt go to the doctor. It bled alot at first then slowed down and stopped completely around 8 hours later. it seems to be healing but is still slightly an openish soar. I had a headache of course for the past three days which has reduced to a dull ache. There is a loss of feeling around the area, accept the gash which is more sore. I get slightly sick to my stomache when its messed with and now my head seams to be constontly itching. I also had a slight eye twitch which has stopped. Im just wondering what it could be and if i should still go to the doctor. Thankyou for your advice.

Hello~YES, you need to go to the doctor, you should have gone immediately the day of the hit on the head. I have read that internal brain bleeding can occur as long as 6 or 7 weeks after a hard blow on the head, and by the time you have the symptoms of it, it has progressed to the point of being dangerous and needing possible surgery.

Please see your doctor ASAP!!
