Just an update. Been on probiotics now and they seem to be helping. Skin patches haven't come back. I also cut out bread. Basically just eating whole foods. Meat, veggies and fruits. I forgot to mention my eye floaters I have now also. They developed after being prescribed antibiotics which I didn't need. Ciprofloxacin, I think this was the cause of all my issues. Hopefully these eye floaters go away. Any tips for that is greatly appreciated. Also after doing some digging I see that ciprofloxacin has messed up alot of people's lives.
The probiotics help the gut heal by balancing the good & bad bacteria that exist in the gut.
Have you tried taking prebiotics & probiotics? Life way Kefir or kimbatcha from Target should help your for straighten out the pathogens, then maybe go from there to see which symptoms subside.
Do you have a dirt crawl space?
Don't know if you actually have an infection or not, that's not what you're describing. I would ask, any digestive problems going on? Getting sick more often? Fungal infections? I ask because this is a risk of taking antibiotics -- they not only kill of harmful things, they also kill of the things that protect us from illness and make our digestive systems function properly. Might be the problem. Might not be.
You should see your PCP +/- dermatologist to get this worked up.
