Constant fatigue, inability to gain weight after sudden weight loss, breathlesness and warm fuzzy head!!

I really need some help... I was wondering if anyone out there has had similar symptons and if so, what it could be?
I've had numerous tests performed by the doctors and nothing seems to show up. I am starting to feel like I am at my wits end now as I can't remember the last time I woke up and felt well and rested!!
I am a 30 year old female and live a fairly healthy lifestyle, I eat well, only drink on occassion. I also do not have a car so I am fairly active and walk everywhere. Blood pressure etc is all fine.
About 18 months ago I suddenly lost a lot of weight and have since been unable to regain it, and continue to slowly lose more if I do not eat excessively. Since then I have constantly had the following symptons:

-Fatigue, some times so bad that what was intended to be a quick half hour nap has turned into a solid 7 hour sleep.
- A constant warm feeling in my head and hot, dry eyes although only occassional fever or temperature.
- A feeling of loss of balance/ diziness, as if the floor is moving beneath me, sometimes so extreme I feel like I might actually be sick.
- Regular sore throat.
- Short of breath, some times for no reason.
- Constant cold hands, sometimes with a tingling sensation.
- Tinnutus
- Innability to regulate my body temperature. I am either frozen cold or sweating and feeling like I am going to pass out!
- Regular swelling of glands.
If there is anyone out there who could offer some advice or help, I really would hugely aprreciative.
